    We ship anywhere in the United States as well as ship internationally across the world! We’d recommend international residents to contact us before placing an order to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible

    We ship all our products from our New York City warehouse.
  • What does the shipping cost?
    For US Domestic Free Ground Shipping: 5~7 business days. Priority shipping: 2~5 business days. Overnight service is upon request. For International Standard shipping: Free Priority / Express: upon request. Wholesale shipping is upon request.
  • How long does shipping take? What shipping methods do you use?
    USPS & UPS services based your request services. For US Domestic Free Ground Shipping: 5~7 business days. Priority shipping: 2~5 business days. Overnight service is upon request. For International Standard shipping: 12~18 Business days. Express / Priority: 3 ~ 7 Business days.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, you will get another order confirmation email that has tracking information in when we ship it out.
  • How do I return my item?
    You need to contact us at info@yaelcosmetic.com before returning any items.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    When placing an online order, only one credit or debit card may be used. If paying with a Yael’s gift card, a credit or debit card may be used for any additional balance owed. The following credit and debit card options are accepted: American Express Mastercard VISA Discover Network Debit or Gift Cards with a AMEX, Mastercard or VISA logo are redeemed as a credit card
  • Is my payment information secure?
    Yes. Yael products are compliant to PCI (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) so you don’t need to worry for your information/data security. Our security is engineered into Square online payment software from the ground up. Your payments are encrypted to protect from hackers and other people who’d want to get their hands on your information. It’s all designed and maintained by Square so you don’t have to go through anybody else.
  • How long will it take for my order to ship?
    We try our best to deliver the goods to you ASAP. 5~7 business days for UPS Ground shipping 2~5 business days for UPS 3 Day Select shipping Overnight service is upon request. * The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • How can I track my order?
    After your online order has been received and processed, you will get an email confirming that your order has been shipped. In the email, you will find your tracking number. Please track through UPS.com.
  • What if I need extra help or advice about my purchase?
    Please fill out the form on the contact page or email info@yaelcosmetic.com directly. As a complimentary service, a Yael Cosmetic representative will contact you to answer any questions that you may have.
  • Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
    We will restock items which are out of stock but do check with us by sending us an email at info@yaelcosmetic.com to check with us on the timeline. We do not want to make you wait for long.
